We're meeting April 21-24, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas
at the Sheraton Downtown. Our theme for this conference will be "Contemporary Issues in Airport Ground Transportation."
The Spring 2024 AGTA Conference provides the opportunity to explore the latest developments in the airport ground transportation industry. The conference will examine contemporary legal issues, advanced vehicle technologies, innovative parking programs, and effective sustainability practices.
The conference agenda includes sessions on post-Covid air passenger trends, an update to airport operator and parking fees, vehicle technology trends, and design practices for airport curbside operations. Featured panelists will share experiences on technologies, strategies, and programs to improve air ground transportation access and operations for all vehicle operator and airport sizes. Attendees will benefit from learning directly from peers dealing with the complex challenges associated with the constantly evolving airport ground transportation industry across the county.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing on or before March 24 to receive 50% refund by check after the conference is over. NO refunds will be made after March 24 except for a documented medical emergency. We are sorry, but we cannot credit cancellations to future meetings; however, substitute attendee(s) from the same company are permissible.
