AGTA holds two conferences each year. These conferences are typically held on the western side of the US in the fall and the eastern side of the country in the spring. We compare dates with sister associations to avoid scheduling the same weeks when possible.

Spring conferences are usually held in March or April, and fall conferences are held in September or October.
