Delegates should reserve their Little America room BEFORE AUGUST 12 at 800-437-5288 and reference the Airport Ground Transportation Association block to receive $169 AGTA conference rate.
The recent energy cost trends in the airline industry have forced air carriers to significantly reduce
flights, raise fares, charge for baggage and every other amenity imaginable. Pressure is placed upon
airport officials to lower costs and generate additional revenues whenever and wherever possible.
Airports can no longer support the cost of the number of curb personnel required to police and manage
the flow of numerous competing ground transportation operators and courtesy vehicles. Both airports and ground transportation operators need good concession agreements that
promote efficient operations and minimized costs. These issues, and examples of how ground transportation concessions
work at North American airports, will be the focus of the conference.
All Resort Express has set up a website portal (visit: AGTA Transportation Link for Salt Lake City ) for attendees to book complimentary shuttle service to and from the Little America Hotel.
Conference attendees will need to access this portal and enter the User Name (AGTA) and Password (Airport) in order to book.
